They will charge you money from your card without your concern and their staff is most unfriendly ones. When you sign up they will smile and once they have your bank details they will make you cry. They have changed their business name 3rd time but it will not work!

The female gym is massive, but there are a few areas that could use some attention to make the experience even better. The female toilets could benefit from more regular cleaning, and brighter lighting . The sauna light is always on which i did not like
The showers have a timed feature, which is eco-friendly, but it would be great if the intervals were a bit longer for convenience. i have been to many gyms and no gym has that.
Lastly, an upgrade to the changing area would really take the gym to the next level with adding some electronics and body spray. With these improvements, it could be an even more enjoyable place to work out!

I am compelled to express my deep dissatisfaction with my family's experience at your gym. Our initial impression was positive, with a warm welcome and promising membership discussions. However, the reality post-sign-up has been markedly different, with a shift in policy that feels both unfair and financially burdensome.
Our commitment to your establishment, extending over two years with four family members, has been met with a lack of professionalism. A recent incident involving a forgotten tag led to an excessive $500 charge, and subsequent interactions with the owner were confrontational and distressing.
It appears that the staff's approach to customer service and their understanding of gym operations are significantly lacking. Responses to concerns are often rude and dismissive, which is not only unprofessional but also damaging to your reputation.
We have taken serious action by reporting our grievances to the relevant authorities, supported by evidence including recordings and photographs. This review is not isolated; it is part of a collective effort from my family and friends to bring to light the issues we have faced, which seem to be corroborated by other reviews as well.
The management's response to criticism appears to be deflective rather than solution-oriented, focusing on attributing blame to customers rather than addressing their concerns.
In the course of our dealings, we have also uncovered questionable practices related to the gym's management. These have been detailed in an official complaint.
It is disheartening to see a local family-run business not adhere to the high standards expected in the Australian fitness industry, whether it be a private or a franchise operation. I hope this feedback prompts a re-evaluation of your customer service and operational policies.
We have just taken our first step to request to shut this gym down, and many other steps are in process...

This gym is the best in the area.
The negative about this gym are not true.
They are people who are misleading you.
I can tell you straight. Just like every other gym memberships are for paid terms. I had friends at other gyms that continued to charge their members over covid lockdowns. Freeway Sports didn’t.
I highly recommend this gym to any one.
Come and see for yourself how good it is.
I pay around $15 a week.

They have terrible contracts which lock you in and terrible customer service

Never ever do a mistake to sign up. Expensive, dirty, rude manager and hidden charges.
