Mobile Techies

Do not use this company. Installed faulty hard drive then told me i needed to pay extra for data retrieval even though i always back up. Charged me for that. Had to get the guy back again and again before i gave up as the system just wasnt working. Stopped using computer altogether for months, went to use again and it died. Took it to apple store and they confirmed faulty harddrive. Mobile techies told me they were going to charge me to remove faulty harddrive and install new one even though the product was faulty. Then accused me of dropping my computer just to try and save his reputation. This guy is dodgy, do yourselves a favour and use authorised repairers, it will save you hundreds.
