I had a problem with a family member's phone which was a network connection issue which made it impossible to make or receive phone calls.



Since it was happening at random times, SmartLabs could not replicate the problem. So the staff ran the phone through QC and it passed the checks that it was tested on.



The phone was then given back and I was advised that there was no further problem.



Even though I was unhappy with the outcome, the staff over-the-phone were hospitable enough to lessen my disappointment from the overall experience.
