Skycity Darwin

Held my wedding at SkyCity.

I was warned by a family friend, who also celebrated their wedding there, received not the right banquet menu ordered, and beverages were not being replenished in a reasonable time. They also raised their complaint after, but nothing was done.

I gave SkyCity a benefit of the doubt and hoped that it would be smooth sailing.

When you pay top money, you'd expect top service and food right? In my case, No.

Beverages took longer than 30mins to be replenished.

Food came out cold and one of the dishes was undercooked.

All and all, apart from not receiving my money's worth. The night went well.

Would I hold any future events there? Most likely not.

I love this casino. Its got the typical Darwin feel. Relaxed and a lot more. Has everything you want in a casino and a dress code to match. The staff manning the tables were all extremely friendly and loved taking my money. Will be back next time to redeem it with interest.
