Dr Ben Jacobson

Dr Ben was most thorough in his assessment of my condition. He explained my heart health situation in easily understood terms. I feel confident his action plan will have a beneficial effect on my health and wellbeing.

Moreover, the waiting room ambience is pleasant and the receptionist staff are welcoming.

Jasmine, the echocardiogram nurse, is friendly with an engaging personality.

I was very unsatisfied with dr Ben Jacobson’s level of care. I am a young female and it felt like he didn’t take my concerns seriously, implying I was imagining my symptoms as a result of my Apple Watch, or that I was just unfit. He ran tests but apparently can’t read results properly (or just didn’t care). I sought a second opinion from another cardiologist, he diagnosed me with PVC, a condition that needs yearly monitoring. I would not recommend dr Ben Jacobson at all.
