Spot On Panels

I had my car repaired through insurance twice at spot on panels. Both times my car was returned with issues. Second time my car was overheating and not holding water or coolant. It was returned without even being fixed. It was taken to another repairer and needed new radiator and hoses were off. First time was the same, returned with issues also disco routers and brake pads were put on backwards and incorrectly. My directional tire was also put on the wrong way. TRUELy incompetent and not worth the headache of getting vehicles reassessed after they supposedly completed repairs. I will say however on both occasions they did do a good job with the panel work.

Absolutely fantastic service.
Car came back a treat.
They even washed it inside and out.

Do not under any circumstances take your car to spot on panels deer park for repairs.
My wife was rear ended and her car taken here by our insurer. Spot on panels felt it within their own rights to tell my wife ans our insurer that the car was a write off when it clearly wasnt. When i questioned this amd said im not happy with assesment and requested my insurer get a second opinion from an independent assesor they gave attitude and said we dont know anything, and they are profesionals it is a write off.
So independant assesor goes out to inspect damage and called my wife straight away and told her the car is 100% fixable, only 5-7k worth of repairs and nothing structual at all. He said get your car out of this place and take it somewhere else.
My wife asked why they would be so addament it was a write off and he said because its practicaly a brand new car only 2 years old what these guys do is write off new cars and buy them back at the salvage auctions for only $8k then spend $2-3k repairing then sell the cars for a staggering profit.
Our car alone they would have made $15k profit on if they had of got their way.
When my wife went in to pick up the car they were rude to her and intimidating asked her if she was happy with herslef getting her way.
Absolutely disgusting dodgy business.

Brilliant service!!!! I took my car in after an accident and was so relieved when they took care of absolutely everything. They even provided me with a free courtesy car when my insurance company (and most insurance companies, I'm sure) make you pay for this. They were so friendly and professional and most importantly made sure that I was happy in the end. My car looks and feels brand new again. Thank you so so much. Highly recommended.

really bad customer service. I got a hire car from them, and got a fine from Marybyrnong City council. The problem is I didn't know that. Spot on Panels nominated the fine to me with an incorrect name and no notification at all. That why I didn't open the mail until I received the 4th mail with the same incorrect name. I decided to open all mails and they are all for me. The original fine was only $87, and about $100 more of late payment. I came to Spot on Panels to ask them if the car is belong to them. I asked them why they didn't let me know about the fine when they did the nomination, the lady there answered me that they don't have to do so as that is my problem, not theirs, and I have to sort out my problem, they don't care.
I would not recommend anyone to come here.
