I used this group some years ago to install a kitchen sink which they totally botched up my brand new cupboard and external brick work. Stupidly I engaged them to do a simple swap over of a toilet system. Had them out 4 times, provided a cheap toilet then wanted hundreds of dollars more to fix it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ORGANISATION. They don't return calls and the apologies are worthless. They also have the audacity to want immediate payment then customer left to fight for a clean job.



Several local tradies have confirmed the poor overall quality of this organisation.

Was given the total run around by the office staff. Rang multiple times only to be told I would be called back within the hour, which never happened. I had to chase them up for a month to get them to do the installation I had paid for upfront.

When I asked to speak to the manager/supervisor yet again I was told they, namely kadey would contact me within 30mins. It's been a week since installation was complete and still nothing, no response. Totally unprofessional! Installation and installers were good. Same can't be said for the rest of the company. I will not take my business there again and I suggest anyone wanting to use them to think twice before going through their company

Very good service and I was updated all the way to the completion!!!! Will definitely use them again.
