Pandemonium

Despite the wonderful service and the fun had rock climbing, laser tag and the jungle jims area for the little ones, i found it quite frustrating paying good money for the "imaginarium"....faulty equipment and the other half of displays either not even turned on or broken.... Was dismal!!! Should just shut it down and stop embarrassing an otherwise good business!
