Taking a timed booking, assuring next available and then 25 minutes late ++ providing a Maxi taxi for a wheel chair bound elderly person. Automated system won’t provide an estimated pick up and you can’t get through to an operator. Appalling service for the elderl

I ordered a cab in the middle of the day for that night It didn't show up tried to ring all you get is some robot on the other end then someone in Melbourne!!!rings saying they haven't got a driver. What the!!

Certainly not happy we had interstate friends over and a table booked at a local hotel which all had to be cancelled. Certainly wouldn't recommend this company.

Waited over 2 hours for them not to show up, absolutely joke wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst energy.

We ordered a Taxi for midnight.



After waiting half an hour, we were told we were still 4th in line



After waiting, in the cold, myself with a tumour in my knee and my wife with club foot, for an hour, they told us that our booking had been canceled and we could go back on the end of the queue, which they then wouldn't tell us when our taxi would be available. After this, we walked home, two people with physical disabilities that both make it difficult to move.

Speak to someone in Hobart who has no idea how to give me an actual time! Not once have they ever been on time. Won’t ever catch again
