We are writing with regard to the outstanding service received from A&B Plumbing, in particular Marcel, as you know we have had ongoing issues with the heating system during our tenancy at 4 indigo way which has resulted in Marcel tending to the property on numerous occasions.

Over the last week Marcel has returned countless times to rectify the issue as well as delegating with not only us tenants but also the owner to result in a suitable outcome for all involved.

Marcel went up and beyond and we also had a visit from Brent last night to try and rectify the issue to no avail, upon Marcel's visit yesterday what was meant to be a quick visit resulted in an extended stay with him trying his best to rectify the issue , Brent did note the other parts required to try and resolve the issue were ok back order and he would attempt all that he could to fix it asap.

Today Marcel arrived with the said part and finally was able to fix the issues, I can confirm the heater is now on! We can not thank Marcel and Brent enough for their care and hard work. We highly recommend the high-quality service from A&B plumbing and their outstanding reputation throughout the community in particular Marcel who went to all lengths to have the issue resolved for all involved.

Came to our house to look at the ducted heater. Claims the heater was old, working to its best ability, but recommended to install a split system and/or upgrade the ducted heating system.



Went back and writes a completely different report while making no mention of the recommendations, so the agent Ray White Bundoora and Landlord doesn’t have to do repairs.



Of course their work comes from Ray White, so why would they tarnish their reputation with them. Rather let the tenants suffer!!



Try living with a 8 month old baby in a house that’s freezing cold during the winter, but its ok as it ticks the box by having a ducted heating system that’s only 50 years old!



Pathetic to say the least!
