My house has 2 living rooms 4 carpark spaces 2 bathrooms 3 bedrooms, fully internal renovated plus land size 600sq and they came with $510000 with valuation. I'm disgusted with them

Valued my property at LESS than it was valued at a year ago. Despite price increases in the area and visible renovations. Despite council advice that the value has increased by 22.5%! This company cost me a $500 application fee. I will be reporting them to every governing body. I will not take simply accept this loss due to their incompetence.

under valued my property by more than $50K (15% less than the built price) despite the market price was up by 7%. If a bank send them to value your property, do yourself a favor, don't let them value your property. You will be dissapointed
