Blain-Air

Seems like such a disorganised company where the office staff don't talk to the field staff and there is little no customer record management process, you have to follow up with them they don't follow up with you, so you call one person and they have no idea and ask you to call someone else just a comedy of errors and a poorly run business. Seems like they just don't care which is very odd.

Bought a item from them & asked how to change it from reading farenheight to celcious just told its in the instructions .But its not So rang another firm who told me how

We purchased a new Daikin reverse cycle ducted system from Blain air in June 2022. The house was always cold unless the unit ran all day which really chewed through the electricity and money (tripled the electricity use for month of July). In August Blain air called Daikin who decided that unit was inadequately filled with refrigerant (1 1/2 kg short) however unit could not be started because it showed error code 3. We have now been sitting around for 1 1/2 weeks without heating until someone from Daikin can come and look at it and maybe rectify. The temperature in the house is 15 degrees C. The cost was over $18000. Don't buy Daikin or use Blain Air for installation.

Customer service does not exist. 2 years after they installed the a/c and heating for me, two of the a/c units and heating system are faulty. I have been calling them for three weeks, and finally someone came. He played with the remote control for a few seconds and told me it is not their problem anymore, so I need to call the manufacturer myself. They are not cheap, with that price, there is no customer service or warranty from them. Very disappointed.

My 22 year old vulcan packed up on Good Friday. I called Blain Air on Monday. They had a technician over to check, test, and assesed my situation. Although the initial recommended heater turn out to be a problem in terms of where it must fit, a second recommendation of a different heater was quickly secured and fitted. The installer was very patient, careful and polite, despite a couple of trips back to their factory to obtain what my place needed. The manager of this whole job was easy to reach, friendly and helpful. The entire job was very neatly done and I am very happy with the turnaround time. Thanks heaps!

I called blain air when i had a noisy dcucted heater. They sent a techniciak that replaced a part but did noy fix the issue and then gave me the runaround. Im going elsewhere
