Needs a suit

Basically instantly

The lady stopped what she was doing

And did a special run just for me

To help me out of a jam

I picked up my sons $290 Calvin klein suit which I had dropped off the day before in preparation for his Eucharist only to find not only were the stain from last weekend (1st time worn) still there but the suit was marketed and dye taken out of the jacket! It is wrecked. I said I was not prepared to pay for such poor service and the fact he damaged a basically new suit. His response I will call security- I said go ahead - he proceeded to lie about the sequence of events and changed his story as to how it was cleaned. I corrected him. Both conceige and security agrees with me and I vouced this. I asked to speak to his boss only he is overseas for 7 weeks. I vouced that I didn't wish to pay he response I will call the police. So I called them for him. They were not interested and said take it to vcat. The man was abusive unhelpful and constantly threatened me. I ended up having to pay for my sons destroyed $290 suit and was told to take it up with head office.

Terrible service abusive and untruthful. Will be taking this much further with the appropriate channels.

Everyone is looking for value for money with great customer service these days. I am no exception.

With Daisy's Drycleaning's 7 day service, I discovered they offer both without any doubt. Conveniently located at the entrance of the ground floor parking at Westfied Doncaster, I was pleasant surprised to have my suit Drycleaners on a Sunday when it was dropped off late at 12pm and made available by 4.30pm.

What was noticeable was the added little things, like quality service with a smile and appreciation of what's important to the customer. I told the owner that I was getting ready for a job interview and without even asking, some fraying at the foot of my trousers were sewed up and buttons mended.

It was indeed a delight to discover this level of service and I will be sure to recommend Daisy's to my friends and future colleagues.
