This is the worst customer service I have ever come across in a business. I put my water damaged phone in for repair and was assured it would be fixed within two days and if they could not fix it I wouldn't have to pay. After four days I called back and asked for the status of the phone. They told me they had sent it to another repair shop. I called another few times throughout that week and they would not give me any updates or an estimate on how long it would take. It has now been two weeks. I went into the store and they told me to come back in the afternoon because they had fixed it and that they would call me. I called at 4pm before close because they had not called me and they said they didn't have it AND said it would be ready in a week. I rang up this morning to complain about the ridiculous delay. He told me I would have it by monday. but the phone is NOT FIXED.
I have waited 2 weeks for a phone that does not work.
