Wish I'd read Brendon 's review before I tried to call - no answer, calling about why i haven't had a returned call from 5 days ago. :-(

Ringing them is useless if you want to talk to someone at Doncaster. The number given does not get you through to the store, but just a number of options. I'm never going to get that 4 minutes of my life back.

Kristen’s professional helpful and friendly customer service is exemplary in all ways. Eg. Assistance if having any queries of product helpful hints eg smart tips,how to maximise data,advice of purchasing anew phone to suit my needs.etc.
