Westfield Doncaster

I have always liked westfield doncaster. it has the right mix of stores, looks classy and clean and parking is easy.

The only problem is a lack of train station but that is hardly unique to this shopping centre and it is really easy to get to by bus.

Having grown up in the eastern suburbs, Doncaster Shoppingtown has been my go-to centre since day one. It's been extended multiple times over the years, and it's most recent extension has seen it grow to a really nicely sized centre: big enough to contain heaps of good shops, but not quite Chadstone/highpoint size which makes it quicker and easier to get the job done.

The new layout and styling makes the place feel very cool to be a shopper at. Just be warned though, it seemslikethedesignerschannelledall their efforts into the shopping areaitself and freaked out at the end when they realised they totally forgot to cater for adequate parking. The parking design feels more like an afterthought and is absolute chaos at closing time or during big sales when the whole thing just chokes up into a multi-level traffic jam.
