Suffering from long standing anger problems, I felt defeated by the negativity and problems it was causing at home. My fianc was struggling to stay positive and my self esteem was getting worse with each passing week. I had no control over getting easily upset and angry in otherwise quiet normal day to day situations and at work.

I am happy to report that its been substantially better since Arthur's help. I feel so much more in control, and despite being tested in a several situations I have been responding remarkably well. Its hard to believe that something that was once so hopeless and overpowering is now quiet simple and easy to manage.

I'd just like to say that I stopped smoking after 2 sessions! It feels like I was a smoker in another life. After the first few days it just got better and better.
