FIRST CHOICE STRATA

We have had First Choice Strata for over a year and the service had been terrible.

Over promised and failed to deliver even the most basic services of a strata manager. Don't believe the five star ratings as the facilities manager manipulates owners into giving them 5 star ratings. If given the choice (no pun intended) again, we would have gone with a more reputable company that follow their contractual obligations!

No communication, duplicitous, have no idea about the law but will cite it like they do know. Anyone stuck with this company should get an accountant in - have you ever noticed you don’t get any interest. We’ve had $100k in our accounts for 18 months with this company, no interest ever in our account. If they are keeping ALL our interest, just think how much extra money they make and I do wonder if their refusal to do big maintenance works I’d shomehow related …

Absolutely terrible company.

I always try to look for the positive in people/companies however on this occasion I'm hoping to save someone else the time, stress and money of dealing with FCS.

The two ladies who run this company are rude and extremely patronizing.

Don’t expect to hear back from them in a timely manner or to be met with any professional work ethic.

They are extremely good at playing the blame game and not taking responsibility for their action or more accurately “inaction”.

Extremely unfortunate we chose this company and extremely happy to see the back of them.

Just a money making business. Their lack of knowledge and support, and ineffective communication are incredibly frustrating and disheartening. Very dismissive and doesn't work with lot owners. Unresponsive to queries or concerns from lot owners. Despite email after email I get no response. Excessive fee charging for everything, strata fees climbing significantly year on year. They act in a way that is devoid of the service they are being paid for. Their only interest seems driving up strata levies for their own benefit, and not concerned for their clients’ general and financial wellbeing at all. All owners except EC are exhausted by them. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to carefully evaluate their capabilities and consider alternative options.

We stress that our overall impressions of them have been extremely negative and futile. They don't understand the issues and are extremely unhelpful. Bad business practice and total lack of courtesy. Be prepared to be persistent with your requests and keep all things in written format. They give vague, inaccurate information and advice - dreadful service. There has been a costly and stressful exercise for our Owners Corporation. To all who are searching for professional or sincere strata management avoid this firm at all costs.

Great business, staff always helpful and polite. The girls are professional and knowledgeable.

First Choice Strata is doing a great job. Someone stolen my parcel, the manager took immediate action and reported to police. I got my parcel back on the same day.

The team went above and beyond to assist me with an after hours emergency. Not only timely, but so lovely and understanding on the phone and in person. Would highly recommend as their customer service was truly exceptional!

Organised, efficient and dedicated to our building in Gungahlin. Belinda and Konika have both been awesome to deal with. The girls certainly get things done.
