Propec (Chris and Ruby) built our house which has been completed recently and we moved in a week back. It has been a fabulous experience all along and we do not have words to express our happiness. The house looks stunning from every nook and corner. Chris, with his experience, cool and calm demeanour and Ruby with her amazing administration skills make a perfect team which made it possible for us to get our dream house created by them. My house was built by Propec !5 years ago and it still looks brand new. The workmanship is superb. Our second house was built by Propec as well. The one who put the bad review was the trade person who did the work at our second house. It took him 4 months to finish the work. That’s disappointing. We like to move in but got delayed because of that. If you are planning to build a house, I strongly recommend PROPEC and I can assure you that it will be one of it’s class.

Like a lot of people I didn't know what builder to go with but I could never regret my decision to go with Propec, they designed not just a house but a home for my future family this past year and then delivered on every aspect from beginning of build till end. They're calm, collected and handle everything professionally, it was a pleasant experience even during the pandemic and I trust them enough to say I will be building every single house I build in the future with them!

I engaged with the Propec to build my first home back in 11 years ago and now I had them to finish my second home. Ruby and Chris is very well organized professionals. I could feel that they are genuine and acting in the best interest of clients. I know building a dream home could be long and tough. Not surprisingly, I encountered several issues on the way - issues from the plan (I had the architecural plan drawn by someone else) and issues from the council. Chris and Ruby provided brilliant advice and delivered the best outcome. Without their support, I don't think I could have finished my dream home project within the planned time period.
