Unconscionable and unethical conduct by Warwick Williams R/E who did not divulge in the Disclosure Statement of my lease that the roof of the building has been leaking since 2007 and affects the electrical wiring and causes mould and damp and I have the evidence to prove it.
Ive had to take the landlord to the Tribunal where the agent blatantly lied for the benefit of the landlord until I showed the evidence to the judge. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
