Repeatedly damaged packages marked FRAGILE

They threw packages over my fence with no attempt made to ring the doorbell or place it in the parcel box (which would have fit said packages). This has happened THREE TIMES despite the packages being marked in bright orange tape with the word "FRAGILE" across them and the issue being raised with the company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced! Roll picked up item in SA, 2 weeks latter in Melbourne, then “accidentally” sent item back to SA. 3.5 weeks latter item still in Adelaide. Off shore customer service are completely useless! 4 times I’ve spoken to on shore “investigators”, all promise to follow up and contact me, none have!! Now organising another company to pick up item from Toll depot! %100 worst business ever!

Toll. What joke. At least new CEO on her way.

Delivery of two small boxes resulted in card. We not home. Delivery sent to Toll Collection point. No address!! 1300 number useless. Vendor of goods can't find location of goods either. Smarten up Toll or ship out.

What a Joke

Ordered an item. Got 1st missed you card. Phoned next day to arrange delivery. Informed best time is after 4pm. Was told yes no problem can do that. Next day found another card to say missed you at 11.25.

Have been trying to contact TOLL for last 2 days, long wait 10 minutes plus. Tried numerous numbers but nothing. What a joke.

Want my paid item... now have to go to all depots to see who has my parcel. Not happy.

TOLL - the transport company don't know where they deliver, or how to get packages to your door (even when they've managed it in the past).

Here I was thinking that with local delivery by a van (at least once every week) that TOLL had changed, but all the same as before. We used to have troubles getting any item to us from Toll, so I always double checked to make sure nobody shipped to us using THEM. They're drivers tended to just leave packages off at some business half hour away and not tell us so we had no clue there was a package waiting for us 30 minutes or more away. They never even sent us a card in the mail . Worse, every now and then they would send something and it wo9uld wind up on the other side of the state, and I'd get a call from a depot telling me to come pick it up.

Then things changed (ha!). late this summer there was TOLL van at our house, delivering a package. I had a talk with the two people in the van them and they said, 'Oh yes you're right. We never came any closer than 45 minutes away in the old days, but for 2 years we've been delivering here.' All very memorable as TOLL stupidities took a lot of time out of my ordering from anyone.

Then today (4 months or more later) I got a call from a Loxton shipping depot (other side of the state) telling me I have a package I need to pick up and it is from TOLL!
I explained to the bloke who rung me up that TOLL has a van that comes out here. I had to tell the guy about 4 times before it sank in; each time complete with the description I gave out here (their van came right to my driveway and they do deliver here).

So whatever is in that parcel, it is on it's way back to TOLLs main depot & we are not getting it yet. Why? Their main depot people are apparently too stupid to know if any of their transport services (light, heavy or courier) actually come to the address on the parcel.

Toll is easily the worst courier/shipping company I've ever had to deal with. Couriers can hardly be bothered to get out there car, I actually saw one pull up and put a card in my letterbox without even trying to deliver the package. The customer service say they will call back but don't.
I use many other well known companies that it have never had an issue with but unfortunately one of my suppliers only uses toll, so I think I might be changing them aswell that's what it's come to.
Good luck if you use toll I hope you have a better experience but I will never use it or buy from someone who does I'd rather go somewhere else that can't do what they are paid for.

By all means DON'T use TOLL delivery they don't have respect for customer. They don't do double checking, they are lazy, you'll end up calling them 10 times just to make sure you have your delivery.

TOLL/IPEC is the worst freight company in Australia. Don't use them. Long ago I worked in shipping and I am very tolerant bloke for shipping problems.

From what I learned, businesses use TOLL due to their low prices, but this is meaninglessness if they destroy your reputation, or make you to send out replacement items (eating away at your income).

I buy online a lot, as we live a way out. The wife is disabled, I'm old, and we can't travel easily. This makes online commerce a godsend. Every time a shipper (say TNT) hands off a parcel to TOLL, we went through horrors to find it. Not one package sent through TOLL ever got to my door.

Out here TOLL drops parcels at unofficial depots. Local shops (farm supplies, realtor, etc) in a town within an hour's drive. The shop does this as a kindness to locals. Very nice of them.

But TOLL doesn't tell you! No call or note in the letter box. You have no idea where your package is. Contact the shipper, get tracking info and you spend days/weeks on the phone searching. You get nowhere because the "informal depots" used by TOLL aren't listed in their tracking. From TOLL's standpoint, when they drop a parcel off at some store (which you know nothing about) they're done & their main TOLL office knows nothing more. They say it was delivered and signed for when left at some local shop when nobody has signed anything, not even a person at the shop they left the box off at.

The local shop can't call you. They have OTHER jobs, don't get paid to work for TOLL & besides the parcels don't have your phone #. Folks at that shop expect TOLL to tell you what they did & TOLL doesn't. The local shops aren't set up as real depots. Many companies have dropped TOLL for this, and many packages, and overnight deliveries that take 3 weeks.

There are lots of other shippers (ALLIED for one) that come straight to my door. Don't use TOLL or you will be very sorry. If you buy an item to be delivered ASK if they use TNT or TOLL & Tell TNT not to use TOLL.

I'm running small online business to help supplement my income needed to transport two stand up paddle boards picked up from the same location one was delivered to one of my customers in One Tree Hill in the time they said it would second one has gone MIA which was meant to have been delivered to west beach address same time as the one in one tree hill road delivery, result, my customer wanted to surprise his girlfriend on valentines day with SUP board as a gift which would have made their day special now he is almost in tears because neither of us know where the board has disappeared to...he trusted me with his hard earned savings to get him a SUP board as I had sold out of stock, now its going to not only ruin experience for this customer also damage my business...NOT acceptable!
