Absolutely fabulous service Doctors and staff very helpful would recommend them

Doctors were okay, but receptionists were rude and seemed to not know what they were doing. The nurse/receptionist used cold water to syringe my ear (get rid of wax) which even I know for a student nurse you always use warm. Logic knows that warm water helps melt and loosen the wax. Other than that lots of rude behaviour. I've been there 3 times and all 3 times they are incapable of doing their job. Won't be going back for a 4th!
