Got a notification my package was out for delivery (from the seller). Just finished night shift and waited all day for it to be delivered, only to find it was returned to the depot. Expecting it to be back for delivery the next day, I find a note online stating "more information required". There was no attempt at delivery or a "Sorry I missed you" card in the letter box the day prior.



After contacting customer support, they asked if I was in a gated community or have a dog that would prohibit the delivery as they have zero information from the driver, when I had to remind them I was sitting by the door all day as I need this item to finish a work project.



Advised a consignment note would be sent to me via email, still hasn't arrived. Asked if I could collect at the Depot and said it takes over 3 hours for approval, so it is unlikely. Just great when the following day is a public holiday! Will not use TNT again.

They sent 2 orders to the wrong address. They sent them to the shipping company in one instance. I called just after 8am when the package was not delivered the day before. I was promised a return call to explain what was happening. 2 days later I am still waiting.

Now I don’t believe in being rude. A point can still be made without aggression. Yet the backup from Amazon has left a distinct bad taste in my mouth.

I would encourage everyone not to deal with Amazon delivery at all. Arrange your own pickup or transport like I have had to do.

I missed my delivery and arranged re delivery. PACKAGE DID NOT COME. I then arranged r-delivery to different address for next day, which I was assured would happen. PACKAGE DID NOT COME. Had a message on my phone saying package would come next day. PACKAGE DID NOT COME.

Every time I have phoned your customer service people have been rude and unhelpful. I am not impressed.
