Cbus Super

After several attempts to make partial withdrawal from my super account I have still not received said amount into my account. Although stated that this process is made easier I beg to differ. Contacting on the number on the cbus site my call was answered by a barely understandable person with a thick accent. after requesting a phone number for the Perth offices so I could see a face to face contact I was informed there is no contact number for Perth but to contact the number shown (to whom I was conversing at the time) This has been an unenjoyable journey in frustration.
