Crystal Flooring

Crystal flooring have ruined our expensive timber flooring by not laying the battons and flooring level. When they came to quote us onsite we extensively discussed battens would need to be level for our job. The flooring now excessively slopes in multiple sections across 130sqm and is felt underfoot and visually noticeable. They have said sanding will repair which is misleading and false. Really poor final finish Have requested they repair and they have not returned calls,mesages or emails. So.much for their workmanship warranty and 20 yearsxperience.

We got these guys in recently to sand and polish our floors. Seemed like nice and honest guys at first. Once they had finished, there were some defects which they were planning to come back and fix. They still have not come back to do this to date. Consistent attempts to contact them have led to voicemail and they are not returning any calls or messages. So the warranty provided is basically not worth the paper it is written on, and all the 'empty' promises mentioned during quote stage are a far stretch from reality. As well as this, another issue we had to work through included an increase in the cost of the job while the job was in progress - this was due to items they did not account for during the initial discussions at quote stage. The workmanship itself was around mid to low range and not matching the cost or the expectations they set during quote stage. We chose these guys as they seemed like they could provide a good quality service around the mid to high cost range - we were so wrong!
