I have been a loyal customer of Ford, diligently servicing my car as recommended by them. However, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. My car broke down unexpectedly, and it became evident that there was a lack of service and care on their part.
When I tried to escalate the issue, the service manager told me, "you cannot get anyone besides me; I have the say." This made me feel helpless, as it seemed like someone was trying so hard not to help. Instead of taking accountability, they demanded that I pay additional fees for follow-up services and repairs resulting from their negligence.
It’s disheartening to go from trusting Ford Brighton so completely to feeling cornered and unsupported by their customer service. Every car is more than just machinery for families; it represents a vital part of our daily lives. When it breaks down, despite our best efforts to maintain it, it creates significant stress and challenges for families.
I hope people learn from my experience—don't trust Ford Brighton and think carefully before purchasing a Ford car, believing that someone will look after you.

I had a terrible experience here at Ford Brighton but let me finish.
Firstly I dealt with a man named sal in used cars .
He refused to give details about the car I enquired , called me a ball breaker , when I said I have the cash told me to get a cheque as he couldn't be bothered counting it . Here's the worst part . The car was advertised for 47890 I put a deposit down before state 4 restrictions and then took a loan out and was told by SAL I can not pick the car up until mid September as their will be a complete shut down . 3 weeks go by I call and guess what they are operating and the car is sitting there losing rego . I was told the car had 59,000km apparently he was mistaken it changed after I gave my money , took a loan out all of the sudden it's 64200km .
I asked is the car detailed and had petrol full as all cars at 48 thousand should come with that it's a no brainer and guess what it was not either ...
I did get some help in the end but could not work out a price drop as they would only go 2 thousand cheaper which was the original deal but they would not compensate any more which I find ridiculous as it was only one more thousand .
All good I'll take my money elsewhere . I strongly advice that you do not deal with sal in the used car section .
I'm sitting here with a loan to pay off and angry and none of them cared .
I revieved some decent help from rick and Ben they where much more pleasant but no one was willing to take a simple thousand off .
I lose , I should know better then to trust a bodgy car salesman especially these days with the world we live in , desperate times calls for desperate disgusting behaviour!!
