DO NOT HIRE - Absolute joke of a company. Firstly, they delivered the temp fencing 3 weeks later than promised, resulting in significant delays to works and added costs on my end. Then they failed to remove the fencing after 6-months, where they attempted to charge me for the additional couple of weeks that it remained on site.
The worst part of it is that they tried to make it out as if it were my fault and chasing me up for over 6 months for a measly $39 (additional time on site) that I refused to pay out of principle. This involves months of back and forth e-mails and relentless cold phone calls.
Today, almost one year since first installed, they finally agreed to write off the small sum. The correct approach from the start would have been to credit the amount respectfully and apologise for their error, instead, like a dog with a bone, they were relentless to say that it was my fault for not clearly instructing them to remove the fencing. The failure to deliver the fence on time, they admitted fault. Obviously they have issues with receiving instructions in any form.
Customer service was poor when they called, raising her voice at me, speaking over the top of me and not letting me explain the two issues, where through their poor understanding, thought that it was the one issue at play. They closed off with a “please don’t hire from us again” and abruptly hung up when I respectfully closed with “have a nice day”. Thanks Jo!!!
I will be telling all of my property developing friends and builders in the surrounding areas to stay away from you and your company practices.
