Having built with Primebuilt Constructions 2 years ago when a renovation was needed for our family home we knew it was time to call the company we had trusted with our previous build. After a home visit and walk through to discuss our options we decided to do a total cosmetic makeover, new kitchen, laundry, bathroom, powder room, makeover the old brick wall and fireplace and bring in a new modern look . The entire team at Primebuilt worked with us to make our ideas work and carried out the transformation of or 1980s home with the same level of consultation and professionalism as we had experienced previously. The quality and finish are outstanding and the project was finished on time.

I engaged Primebuilt to build a new, custom double storey home and the experience has been nothing short of brilliant. Chris, Ryan and the entire team are a genuine pleasure to deal with and operate with professionalism and integrity. They bend over backwards to ensure their clients are happy and well informed. They involve you in weekly site meetings and are in constant communication so you never feel uninformed. Their experience and construction knowledge shows in the way they easily navigate onsite problems and steer you in the right direction to achieve the best outcome for you and your project.



Honest and effective communicators, they showed a level of professionalism and transparency that was exemplary. I have had experience building two private medical practices and renovating a previous family home. Primebuilt exceeded all prior expectations that I had. They truly went above and beyond.

As a tradesman and small business owner myself of 25 years and working along side the crew at Primebuilt as a Painter, one would say I have been down these old roads enough to know what's good, what's great and what works. The crew at Primebuilt is a well greased machine, easily approachable with a crew that has skill to match any task that's thrown at them. A group of trades that still love their craft and shows in every aspect that they do from straight out of the office, to nails in timber... If I was in a position to build a home, weather it's and investment, 2nd home or renovation, I would highly recommend the crew at Primebuilt as I have at first hand seen many end results of projects from near start to completion.

Chris and his team were fabulous to deal with and we felt included in all parts of the build from demolition to the hand over of our duplex townhouses in Templestowe. Build quality and finishes are top notch and even our real estate agents have commented on the build quality. Any issues were brought to our attention and a suitable outcome was readily reached due to the depth of knowledge and experience of the team. We would readily build with Primebuilt Constructions again .

We had a poor experience building our house with Primebuilt Construction. They had no hesitation to raise a 'variation order' to ask for more money that what was in the contract. The used any excuse to come up with extra costs. The quality of build eventually was average. We will not go back.

Primebuilt built our house at 17 Deep Creek Drive in Doncaster East. It was not a pleasant experience in many aspects particularly with costs, time and quality of build.

Primebuilt was not transparent in the process and had the contract designed in way to leave the door open for overcharging us along the way. They build our house in Doncaster East. I do not recommend them.
