Stopwatch Removals

They mishandled the job completely and broke one of our furniture while loading it on to their truck. Also, they gave us false assurance that it will be fixed via insurance and advised me to abandon it on the nature strip, which later I had to get it removed as well.

Besides numerous other issues that we had with them below is still outstanding without any resolution from them till date:

1. They original quoted me over the phone to charge me $15 instead of $25 fuel surcharge, but later sent me an invoice with $25 in it.
2. I asked for a copy of signed agreement, which they haven't provided as yet.
3. They won't accept the fact in writing that it was them who mishandled and damaged my furniture.
4. I have asked for a refund of $329 to replace my damaged furniture for which they haven't provided any response.
5. There were no items over 100kgs that they had to carry and neither was this quoted/charged during the final payment.
6. They charged me $521 as a final payment after they finished their job, but later sent me 2 bogus invoices asking for more money and both which has invalid charges and total amount not matching with what was agreed during the final payment.

I can't believe how these kind of unprofessional businesses can operate in such a country like Australia. Have never dealt with such people in my entire life. Stopwatch Removals is really unprofessional organisation with con-men like D.S. working over there.
