The Mobile Panel Shop Melbourne

Would not recommend this company at all. I went with them because they had decent reviews online and were supposed to be cheaper and more convenient than a panel beater. The experience was anything but. They rescheduled on me twice, once because of rain and once simply because "The technician won't be able to do your job today", with no attempt to compensate whatsoever. It took me 3 weeks to get the job done and I had to adjust my schedule and bother my friends whose house I was doing the job at 3 times. On the day itself, they raised the price, citing some additional damage they hadn't picked up on the photos. The repair went smoothly. However, after the repair, I noticed a part of the car that hadn't been repaired and called them about it. I was informed that "the part cannot be repaired" and that I would have to pay the cost of the replacement part if I wanted the job done. This was after confirmation and payment of the price. It was partially my fault that I hadn't picked up on the damage during inspection of the job immediately after its completion of course, but the technician made no effort to mention the lack of repair whatsoever and left me to find out for myself eventually.



At the end, I paid more than the quotes I got at panel beaters, was thoroughly inconvenienced and stressed, AND my car still isn't fully repaired. Save your time and money, and go somewhere else for your car job.

I can't attest to their repair work as they never turned up to the job at the agreed time and did not call to advise despite it being clear they would be unable to keep the appointment. When I called the technician to check his whereabouts I was given a sizeable dose of bad attitude from down the phone. Got frustrated with their poor communication and half-arsed attempts to reschedule my appointment and got the job done by a panel beaters for slightly more.
Highly recommended for those people who don't mind taking time off work to meet an appointment only to have the technician not show.

In one word Fantastic!

My wifes car was damaged in the carpark when it was two weeks old. I called these guys and was advised to query via their website. Within 24 hours I had a reply with a quotation.

I engaged the mobile panel shop to repair my car and the guys that came to my work were fantastic, punctual, polite and well presented. They cleaned up after themselves and my car was left perfect and I could not fault the repair or the service. Will definitely use these guys again

After being recommended by a friend. I took my Toyota Celica to Mobile Panelshop Melbourne. Upon are meeting i felt assured and confident . I left my car there for some panel work and a compleat Re spray. Not only was the work done promptly but also to a very high standard. My car looks impressive. I would highly recommend this company.
