At first I thought what a great guy, he has a young family many kids would love to give him the job. The biggest regret of my life. He left my job unfinished to take on work in Emerald. Back then we sucked it up and got on with our lives. Last week we discovered he had a 10 mil rise on the new slab joining the old slab and his quick fix was to grind it down exposing all the aggregate and air holes and allowing dampness to leak into our house. As you could understand all these years later I’m fuming and the old memories have come back – I would not use this builder if he was the last one on earth.
