My inlaws are over the moon with the end result of their fence that was installed. They cannot fault this contractor. At no time were there any problems with the quote or the construction of the fence. The price was very competitive and Ahmad was extremely polite, professional and very diligent. He arrived when he said he would and worked in an extremely professional manner. We are very happy with the end result and would strongly recommend Ahmad Sabouneh for future installations. Ahmad quoted my job made a date to do the job. The day came but no Ahmad. I phoned him and was told he was on a bigger job. He made a time for another day. That day came, you guessed it, no Ahmad. I contacted him again and was told the same story. Stupid me believed he would turn up the next date that he made but no he didn't. At no time did he contact me to inform me that he was canceling. I also had to cancel other trades as we relied on him to secure the house. I cannot believe the way Ahmad Sabouneh has treated me as a customer. Unfortunately, I have to rate 1 star. I wish it could be minus 1 star. My advice is to hire someone else.
