My wife recently visited Shire Hearing, and I just want to say how pleased I am with the care and support she received. From the moment she walked in, she felt comfortable, listened to, and properly looked after and that gave me peace of mind too.



She came home genuinely relieved and happy with the experience, which says a lot. The team were professional, kind, and explained everything clearly to her. It’s made a real difference knowing she’s now got the right support in place.



I’d happily recommend Shire Hearing to anyone especially if you’re supporting a partner or family member through hearing concerns. They treat people like individuals, not just patients, and that really stood out to us.

If you’re looking for a hearing centre that combines professional expertise with a personal touch, I couldn’t recommend Shire Hearing more.

I had a hearing test and discussed my requirement for my first hearing aids and it was recommended that I have a pair of Phonak V70 aids, I arranged to have them fitted at $8400.00 but in the interim after checking the internet I discovered that Shire Hearing Centre's were over $2100.00 more expensive than anyone else who supply hearing aids, this is a very large discrepancy. when challenged they were quite happy to price match, too late for me I prefer an honest approach and went elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
