Autopart Replacements

I decided to go local for my repair and wasn't disappointed. Perry wasn't polished or fancy, just straight-forward mechanical speak. He understood and worked towards my time limitations, and let me know up front what those were given the difficulty with parts etc in current environment. Work delivered as quoted, additional outside detail thrown in. Thanks for a great job!

I was looking for a new local mechanic and thought I'd try Auto Part Replacements after calling and speaking to Perry on the phone, and getting a verbal quote for the work. He seemed friendly and explained away some of the bad reviews I'd read online (there were mixed reviews). I don't think he's a bad guy, but he is incredibly disorganised, ended up holding my car for over a week while it was in pieces and they waited for parts, the work I ended up paying for was over and above the quote, and worst of all, it was not fixed properly and still doesn't work. Perry took his frustrations with delays out on me, complained constantly and had every excuse under the sun for delays, missing parts, and faulty workmanship that had me return the car twice after the initial repair. When I declined to proceed with even more work (frankly I'd lost faith they could deliver and wasn't going to give them more of my money), he hid out the back of the workshop and sent one of his workers to speak to me instead. Thoroughly disappointed, and implore you NOT to use this mechanic. You'll regret it!

Absolutely atrocious director who was unhelpful, obstinate and rude when dealing with a complaint. Refused to supply email address of owner and failed to listen.
