Terrible customer service. Sam came out to repair my washing machine which had a burning rubber smell. Charged me $150 to tightened a bolt and 2 days later when I used the machine the smell was still there. Several messages and emails left asking him to come look at it(as he stated he would) he's avoided any contact. He has even avoided contact from consumer affairs who I notified. I would not recommend this company at all. Terrible customer service, 3 month warranty is useless and the repair is worthless as machine is still faulty.

Fixallapiances can make excuses but you are dodgy and are charging consumers $150 for a faulty repair.......

Sam came to fix an element in my oven (that he replaced actually few years before), I asked him what the job warranty is, he said three months, The oven did lots of strange things like popping fuses in the switchboard after he left, stuff that never happened before. When I told him, he dismissed it was the oven was stuff. Sam ignored my texts, phone calls. Another appliance repair guy said that this was bull that the oven was stuffed.
