Lalor Towing Service

This guy put the wrong rego details so that it was almost impossible to locate the vehicle. This was done on purpose so that he can rack up storage fees. Vicroads should cancel his license this is a disgrace.

I wish I could give rated 0. The most disgusting towing service that I could ever recommend. The person doesn’t have manner to talk to another person. I had an accident and police sent my car to Lalor Towing Service. Had to leave my car for couple of weeks there and when I call them to let them know the day I was collecting my car, the person talked to me the most rudest way and told me to remove the car as soon as possible. Finally, I had no choice and get the car out ASAP. What a horrible experience it was, only to lose my money and car.

One of the rudest, craziest, unprofessional and disgusting people in the towing service have ever encountered. After paying huge chunks of money as storage fee, the guy abused and misbehaved for not helping him to move the cars. Never ever use this service for towing unless you want to be abuse verbally and behave rudely.

This service can't even be rated with one star-IT certainly could not have any stars.My car was involved in an accident and was towed by this service(organised by at fault driver's insurance company)I went to this holding bay later to retrieve my personal items only to be yelled at and sworn at by this man and he continued abusing me with racial remarks.It was really disgusting .

I was in a car accident and wasn’t notified by the Police as to the location of my car. A week later, when I discovered where it was I called Lalor Towing only to be verbally abused for having my car there for a week. After abusing me the owner then hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation. That’s just what you need after surviving a car accident that nearly killed you. :)

I was tld by the tow driver after my accident that the vehicle had to be taken to his depot. It was not explained to me that I could get it taken to my house, or about the storage fees.

When I called a week later I was very rudely told that I'm gonna have to pay the storage. All I wanted was the personal belongings in the car.

He is an extremely rude person to talk to over the phone

He is very rude and don’t know how to talk i get my car towed by him and he didn’t even told me abt storage fee and all and when i called he answered very rudely

My car was involved in a hit and run and it got towed. My partner rang me to let me know that the towing service told him that our car was a write off. But didn't give any more information. I wanted some more information so i rang Lalor Towing Service. After a man rudely anwered the phone, I said i had some questions about our car and he asked what car it was, i told him, and he immediately said "I spoke to your partner already, it's a write off". I then started to say that i just had some questions about the car. Before i could finish he cut me off and told me how rude i was and i didn't know anything about cars and don't try to tell him how to do his job. He told me not to speak to him the way i do to my partner (mind you i'm not at all rude to my partner), he literally went on and berating me and then hung up on me. I barely got a word in.

My partner ended up calling up and faking kindness to get our car towed to our house with out them potentially damaging it further.

It's back at home now and we have had a panel beater look at it and tell us it's fixable.

I have nothing good to say about Lalor Towing Company and one day they are going to be rude to the wrong person. What a disgusting person and a terrible business.

I called him at 11:43am on 29-12-2021 to get an update about my vehicle. The moment SHAUN answered the called he started shouting yelling and said in loud & unprofessional manner - “Shaun speaking what do you want, i am in middle of xyz”. I replied- even if yiu are busy or upset does it gives you the right to talk to someone in rude disrespectful & unprofessional manner? He then hung up the call. I have call the call revording as the proof of his unacceptable and rude customer service
