Love Nails

Terrible service, very rough, made nearly all my fingers bleed, I got my nails done 4 days ago and already 2 have fell off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Don’t go there..I got my nails done there a few days ago and one already fell of and they all feel wobbly and made me bleed and were very rude.

I had a woman gossip to her coworkers CONSTANTLY as she did my nails in the most rushed and aggressive manner; twisting my knuckles so fast they were cracking, pulling my hand aggressively under the screen to get my hands faster...

Halfway through my nails being done she grabs a paper towel and wipes off the shellac polish she's just done on one hand and not the other. So, I say 'what is wrong? ' and she rudely creases her forehead and shakes her head at me, and so I ask two more times until she finally tells me why my nails are being restarted... I feel like asking three times should not have been necessary. It mage me feel like somehow I was crossing a line by asking her why my own nails had to be restarted.



I requested a manicure and they didn't do any cuticle work, didn't apply oil to my cuticles or clean under my nails.



Time to pay: the board outside says Manicure w Shellac - $35

And even though my manicure was not done properly with all the steps that I would expect from any salon

She charges me $40. I ask why, and she says to remove the original shellac. Now, they put acetone on my nails for maaayyyybbee 2 minutes, not the usual 10-15. I also mentioned the price outside, and that there were steps missed during the manicure and she said'No, that's normal. And your nails don't need cleaning under the nail. The board outside says there is $5 charge for polish removal.so, I unhappily paid.



Walk outside to check the price board. NO MENTION of any extra cost for shellac removal, that isn't included in the manicure.



I hated basically every moment in this store.

Nails aren't up to par.

I had a full set of nails done yesterday with shellac colour, today I have no colour on my nails at all the shellac has peeled off all them. Definitely won’t be going there again, $55.00 wasted. What amuses me more is that customers pay good money to have the services done fortnightly and we hope that you will do what we pay for. Just like you we work hard for our money and to know you don’t have the same respect for your clients actually is very bad business...

The staff here are very rude and I left feeling shocked by their poor customer service. I won't be going back again. The lady doing my nails was very rude and was mocking me in chinese to her friend who kept looking at me and laughing?? She was very rude to me and kept slapping my hand to tell me to relax my hand... I was going to get my toes done too but decided not to and went elsewhere. A smile and courteous behaviour goes a long way. The lady doing my nails was scowling at me, you really get the feeling the staff hate the customers... She didnt smile once. These ladies act like giggly schoolgirl bullies. Very strange I've never known anything like it.
