Specsavers

I am really not impressed with the service provided from Erina Specsavers. When I first got my glasses I noticed that it definitely wasn't right for me, as I couldn't really read wearing them and it constantly gave me headache every time a tried to use them .



So, I came back to the story looking for some support, and their manager was particular resistant, rude and disinterested in customer service. It took me 30 min to convence her that the optometrist made a mistake on my prescription.



After finally she lets me see another optometrist it was clear that they gave me a wrong prescription glasses.



I do believe that people can make mistakes, so I always give them a second chance and I would be different with the Specsavers Erina.



So, two months later I decided I want to get contact lens, and again I got poor service from Specsavers Erina. After a month waiting for my contact lens I called them to follow up on the progress of my contact lens and I was told by an employee that my prescription takes longer than usual and I would be notified when they came in to the store.



The follow week after no update received I called the story again to then be informed by the manager that the test lens were not ordered at all.



So, I definitely would not recommend this story for anyone. It's been the worst customer service that I've ever experienced.
