TRAVELLERS. DON’T GO TO THIS WOMAN. SHE IS NOT A GROOMER. SHE IS A BUTCHER. KEEPING ANIMALS IN CAGES AND STRESSING POOR DOGS. CHARGING HUGE AMOUNTS FOR DISCUSTING CUTS. SHE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. SHE HAS BEEN REPORTED TO RSPCA AND POLICE. SHE ALSO GETS PEOPLE SHE KNOWS TO PUT 5 STAR REVIEWS AFTER A BAD REVIEW TO BRING UP HER STARS. VERY DODGY.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BUTCHER! she didn’t listen to a single thing I wanted, practically skinned my dog, yes it had been a while since she was groomed, as we are travelling and it is hard to get in to a good groomer on the road, however she was brushed every 2-3 days, and maintained to the best of my ability (hadn’t been for a week due to a long weeks worth of driving from SA to WA) even though I’m certain by the tone of this woman’s voice, she did not believe me. However, for $100 (the most I have ever paid for a groom) I would have had been better to go to a vet or even a sheep sheerer! She was a horrid woman too, extremely rude to my 4yo daughter, my dog was shaking when dropping her off, she never does this, and was droopy and fatigued when I picked her up, normally she is jumpy and happy to see me, but she flopped in my arms! The groomer strategically had me pay before I saw my dog too, because she knew she looked horrible! 1st Photo is what this animal abuser did to my poor baby, 2nd photo is how she normally looks when being groomed! I went back and demanded my money back for services promised not received, but she refused! I will be putting a dispute in with my bank to get my money back, as is my right as a consumer! AVOID THIS SO CALLED “GROOMER” LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Have also reported her to the RSPCA for her obvious traumatising of my dog, and for the horrid small cages she keeps them in whilst awaiting their “torture”.
