They put a new hard drive in and said everything was back to normal. I cannot open Photoshop that opened OK before they worked on it. They do not answer their phones all you can do is leave a message and that was when their shop was open. They do not call back they send a text. I repeatedly asked them to phone me but they would not. They said the problem is Adobes. Adobe say the problem is Sleuths. Why do tech heads blame someone else when they cannot fix something? On the Google site there is a pat on the back box where Sleuth says they have the knowledge and the tools to fix any issues. SO WHAT HAS GONE WRONG???



Would I use them again NOT LIKELY!!!
