This guy is a civil engineer but somehow got licenced by NT Building board to carry out building works and buildings status reports, however he doesn't know basic building regulations. Stated flat out in the report he did on our property in Fannie Bay that the bathroom renovations were "unapproved" whilst attaching in the same report the Section 40 showing it was compliant and approved. Nearly lost us a million dollar sale. Tried to knock the price down by doing dodgy stuff, but I have a degree in interior design so he picked the wrong person to try and do over. I have made complaints to the NT Building Board and Consumer Affairs. I do not know how a civil engineer can get building approval licensing????
