Dishonest repairer

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS Dishonest repairer :

I am taking this time and sharing this to everyone to beware of fraudulent and cheap quality repairs. I will attach photos of evidence for all of them before you consider choosing them. I received a text from AAMI after two weeks that my car was completed. I went down to pick my car and Paul advised that Ford had sent the wrong parts for my car and he couldn’t fit the splash tray (Engine guard) and he has reordered the parts. He then closed the AAMI insurance claim and promised he would finish the repairs. Being in the same motor industry I never had a second thought I called AAMi and requested for a quality inspection to say there was noticeable paint mismatch and the part which was missing. Then after three months chasing with Paul calling him every week had no signs of him fixing it. Then he requested me to order the parts which was missing ( all of a sudden fixing my car became my responsibility). I placed the order and the parts arrived January 23, yet the part didn’t fit my car. For an instance I thought Paul was right and placed again. After Ford involved, Paul has ordered it wrong. Could have been an easy fix by removing all the parts out of the car and found what went wrong. Once after Paul kept saying he will fix it with false promises for the past 12 months I did sorted out with Ford Brighton. He ordered the wrong bumper and front lip spoiler. The amount of lies from Paul and false information the inconvenience that he caused has led me to sell my pride and joy. I have attached all the relevant information of proof for customers to be aware of Ferglen panels and who wouldn’t know much about quality body works and repairs. Pictures attached for less than year how the paint started chipping off, bumper tied with cable ties, interior trim wasn’t fixed properly and paint mismatch. Please do not let him complete the claim off until he fixes completely, he will promise to fix and wouldn’t make any effort. Take it to someone who could check for the quality inspection before you let close the claim.I hope AAMI would conduct an investigation for poor customers who have no idea of repairs
