Hisense

Purchased a TV from Hisense and stopped working within 8months. after waiting weeks for a service person, we were told we needed a part and they would get back to us.

the part was never ordered and weeks later after numerous emails we were told we would be contacted with replacement details. Still waiting 2 weeks on, almost impossible to reach anyone. I would never buy anything from Hisense again, they have no customer service, and products are inferior.

Please don't trust the hisense brand. I purchased a tv that has something wrong with it and hisense won't honour the warranty. A bad company to buy from and deal with - I had to ring numerous times and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. Absolutely shocking service and service hotline. I will never buy this brand again.
