None of the problems mentioned by others. Staff very considerate, especially if a parent with children. The playground is a huge help too.

Consistently terrible service and food preparation. Only consider if starving and out of options.

Never ever ever get what you order properly. Seeing as pizza places and restaurants are usually able to get the order right, it is pretty surprising that this store in particular can never get an order right. Most of the time it is in the drive thru, and they probably do it that way so you get home, realize you are missing food, think I can't be bothered going back there to get my food and they end up profiting from it. Hate this store with a passion. It actually got listed in the worst stores in Melbourne for service and accuracy. Not surprising.

Have been through the drive thru every Monday night for 6 months and never had a correct order, have always had to go in store after drive thru to get order corrected, tonight I went to eat in and ordered a salad with seared chicken only to get crunchy chicken, as they put it on the tray I pointed it out and got groaned at, they changed the chicken over and the chicken was burnt so I kindly asked if I could have some chicken that wasn't burnt only to be told that is how they cook it, I requested a new one, 7 mins later and several reassurances that it wouldn't be long I was given a wafer thin piece of charcoal that I could snap in half, I then requested my money back which meant they had to get the manager who was sitting at a table with some people that she knew rather than supervising the silly prank that her staff were playing. Upon hearing my complaint I had several other customers come over to me and tell me about their similar experiences of never getting what they order especially in drive thru, the staff were mostly standing around socializing about what they did on the weekend and not doing their job. I will NEVER return to this store.

I went through drive through and ordered 2 large meals a cheese burger happy meal and 2 son of macs
I got home and my large meal burger wasn't even in the bag and neither was a son of mac
I called the manager and she was so rude to me acting sarcastic when I was overly polite considering I just paid $25 for our dinner and didn't even get to eat she then disconnected the call so I tried to call back numerous times only to find they had taken the phone off the hook.
I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received
