This is a petrol station near where i live and i used to get my newspaper there once a week and my pre-paid mobile phone voucher every month.



One day i went in to make my purchase, all went well as usual. I paid, got my change, and started walking out. But before i left i checked my change, and found that he has short changed me. I immediately turned around to confront him, and there he was staring at me with a very guilty look on his face. He knew he has short changed me, and when i challenged him about it he gave me the rest of my change without any argument whatsoever.



I can understand that there are some unscrupulous customer attendants out there, but i would never have imagined that he would try that on a regular customer. And he did know that i was a regular. Needless to say, i now get my newspaper and phone voucher elsewhere.
