Been a customer for over 7 years and have full TAC insurance coverage, when I tried to book in was told by “John” I couldn’t see anyone unless I paid $80 in which I am covered by TAC for, he refused to listen and hung up.
Then lied about me being anusive(all I did was debate that he was wrong) and he got his practice manager “Irene” to ring me back and accuse me of being rude and again I told giving me an appointment unless I verbally agreed to pay another $80
I tried to tel her I was covered by TAC and she wouldn’t listen and refused me a booking until after arguing the point a dozen times.
Instead of admitting they got it wrong and apologising they covered up for each other and told lies to my doctor and now they have tried to terminate my health care after 7 years of going there.
Now I will be making a complaint to the health commissioner as I am so disgusted in their lack of professionalism and duty of care.
Terrible just terrible. Well done “John” and “Irene” what a show of negligence.
