Rays shades and sails

Friendly team and great work!

Bad installer did not anchor sails correctly & in a storm all screws ripped out of roof caused lots of damage, destroyed sails ect. Tried calling him left messages, never replied. Insurance assessor came out & stated was not installed correctly as it was never anchored correctly. People please be aware all shade sails should be anchored to the trusses of the house if doing shades on your patio that is attached to your house.
Very disappointed that unless you are an expert you can get ripped of.
