African Braidz Hair Extensions

I permanently wear extensions for medical reasons, i was promised and guaranteed the extensions would last 2 years minimum. i called to complain after two weeks and i was hung up on by the so called manager. i have made numerous attempts to contact the director and if no resolution has been offered i am now filing a claim with small claims tribunal. simply because of the lack of customer service, a staff member has indeed said sorry which therefore is admitting to fault, also the owners awful response to customers on google reviews.

Worst experience I've ever had with a salon. Very disappointed. Never recommend them to anyone. Very bad customer service. I got the worst hair extensions from them did not last for a week. I went back to them to complain instead of helping me to fix the problem they asked me to leave the store. I called the manager at chermside salon and all what she did is blam me and end up hanging up the phone on me.
