BNE Removals

BNE Removals damaged the floor of my property and have thus far completely refused to accept responsibility for it. They do not return calls or emails. They also did not turn up when they said they would and took ages to complete the job. Stear clear of these cowboys!

Did not turn up on the agreed date/time - cancellation text sent at 4:21pm on a Sunday afternoon for a 2-5pm job after trying to pressure me on two occasions that morning to take a 12-1pm slot. No courtesy of a phone call and did not pick up phone after text spent. After several calls/texts the job was belatedly done the next day, requiring time off work. Customer service in response to a complaint was incorrect and contradictory and very rude. Not a member of Australian Furniture Removers Association.
