Big W

Not a pleasant experience for me. I was doing some Christmas shopping and my kid was playing around doing a little game of hide and seek.. I chased her around the clothes rack for a whole of 1 second and the next minute im having my ear talked off by an overweight big w manager with glasses about how i shouldnt be running indoors. I was lost for words..

OMG!!!! I used the "Click and Collect" option for the first time with Big W in April. Never again! Placed the order on the 21st April and I am still waiting 1 month later. Rang last Wednesday to see what was going on and was told that they would investigate and I would be advised in 2-3 days. Seven days later, still waiting! Rang again and was told exactly the same thing. Obviously this is a common problem with Big W as their investigation department still hasn't started on my claim after a week. I use Target for "Click and Collect" orders all the time and the most I have had to wait for a parcel is 9 days. Will definitely not be using Big W again. Not good enough.
